Only what you give us when you fill out a form or write to us: name, email address, phone number, and —depending on the form— company, title, city, and the goal you want to reach. We do not collect sensitive personal data, or financial or asset information, through this website.
On the English book tools (Connect the Dots, The Temperament Test, Your Life Plan, and Let's Talk, You and Me), the form collects your name, your email address, whether you checked the box to receive more tools and updates, and which tool you signed up from. On the Let's Talk, You and Me page, it also collects the optional one-line answer you write about what the book left you with. If you book a session, Calendly collects the scheduling details you enter there.
Your answers inside the tools —your timeline, your test responses, your life plan— stay on your device. They are saved only in your own browser so you can come back to them, and they are not sent to us.
To contact you and respond to your request; to schedule sessions, talks, or board meetings; to send you the material you asked for; and to follow up with you about the services you requested.
Secondarily, and only if you do not object, to send you content, event invitations, and news about the podcast or the books. You can object to these secondary uses at any time by writing to hola@kikeperez.com, and it will not affect how we handle your main request.
If you check the box to receive more tools, updates, and new resources from Kike, we will email you from time to time. Every email identifies who it is from, includes our mailing address, and includes a way to unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe anytime by using the link or instructions in any email, or by writing to hola@kikeperez.com. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly, in accordance with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act. Unsubscribing from updates does not stop messages directly related to a session you booked.
With no one for commercial purposes. We use technology providers that process the information on our behalf and under confidentiality: Google (forms and email), Calendly (scheduling), and Stripe (payment processing). We never sell or rent your data.
If you buy a book from this website, the payment is processed by Stripe on its own platform. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe: we do not see them, receive them, or store them.
You have the right to access your data, correct it if it is inaccurate, have it deleted when you believe it is no longer needed, and object to its use for specific purposes. You can also withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to hola@kikeperez.com with your name, a way to contact you, which right you want to exercise, and what data it concerns. We will respond within twenty business days at most.
This website does not use its own advertising tracking cookies. Embedded services —the YouTube player, the Calendly scheduler, and the Instagram feed— may set their own cookies under their own policies, which we do not control. You can disable them in your browser settings.
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you find that a minor has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Any changes will be posted on this same page, with the date of the update. We recommend checking it from time to time.
